Order Management

After and order has been placed Painting Frames Plus will monitor its status and notify customers whenever new information about the order is obtained. Also, there are times when a customer would like to change or even cancel an order and below are guidelines for handling those situations.

SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS

  • Some items are special order, i.e. made to order, and can take several weeks to build.
Back Order Icon

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

  • Items out of stock at the time of order will be back-ordered and shipped when available.
  • When multiple items are being ordered, all items available for shipment at the time of order will be shipped, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Change Order Icon

CHANGING AN ORDER

  • If you would like to change your order we will contact the manufacturer or frame maker, and if the product has not yet been shipped, we will change your order.
  • However, if your order has already been shipped, we must treat it as a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
